What’s offered with the All Access Conference Pass:
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort where the conference will be held. We have a special room rate of US $219, plus tax, for attendees. Please be sure to book right away. This special rate ends on Tuesday, February 11, 2020. This rate is offered three days before the conference and after the conference for you to enjoy as well (subject to hotel availability).
Guests can make reservations by phone or online. Please identify yourself as part of the Ventiv Experience conference when making your reservation through the Loews Reservations Center, 1-888-879-0462 (toll free) or 615-340-5778.

If 3+ people from the same company attend the conference, your rate is reduced to $1000/person. Use code GROUP20 to take advantage of this rate.
A special package will be offered that entitles your guest(s) to attend the opening reception on Wednesday for US$50 and/or the off-site event on Thursday for US$100. Your guest(s) must attend with you. As alcoholic beverages will be provided on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, your guests must be 21+ in age. Guests are not permitted to attend any part of the conference or meals besides these two events.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing on or before Friday, February 7th for a full refund. No refunds will apply to cancellations after this date. Substitutions from the same company will be accepted if requested in writing.
Yes! You will need to bring your own device to the conference for use in the training sessions. For $200, you may rent a laptop for the duration of the conference. Please contact Katie Moscowitz for more information. Laptop orders Must be in to Katie by February 14.

Business casual attire is appropriate for all conference sessions. Jeans are appropriate for evening events.
The Loews Coronado Bay Resort is located in Coronado off of San Diego. It is a 14 mile trip from the San Diego airport and can be best accessed via taxi or ride share service.
This year, we have provided a "course catalog" to help you choose the right sessions for your needs.
